They feature a "No Tool" bag changing design to reduce downtime. Top and side bag models are available as well as high pressure/high vacuum models.

TubeJet pulse jet dust filters are easy to install because they come complete with a factory installed timer with conduit and wired solenoids plus factory installed air header and pulse valves complete with tubing.

Rugged construction is standard.

All-welded fabrication for operation to ±20" WG (rectangular models); 11 gauge, 12 vertical wire cages are standard. Top and side bag models are also available.

For demanding high pressure/high vacuum applications, we offer two styles of cylindrical dust filters: top and side dust collector bag designs. Each features all welded construction for up to 14.7 psi.

Explosion containment or ASME code designs are available.

Shaker Dust Collector

Because The Shaker Style Dust Collector is Economical, Easy To Operate and Maintain, it Makes it One of the Least Expensive Filters Available.......

Our economical Shaker style dust collectors are for intermittent use applications. Being very simple to operate and maintain, means that they are among the least expensive dust filters available.

Accumulated dust is intermittently shaken off the filters while air flow is temporarily interrupted.

If your application permits intermittent operation, consider a Sly Shaker collector, which is simple to operate and maintain.

Filtering velocities are low, which provides uniform dust
distribution and long bag life.
 

Unique Envelope-Type Bags Mean More Filter Cloth in Less Space.......

Why use rectangular bags? Sly’s rectangular envelope bags pack more filter cloth per cubic foot into the smallest space. This means, the smaller the dust collector, the less floor space is taken up and the less expensive the collector is.

Envelope bag designs offer advantages for dust collection: with 22 sq. ft. of cloth per bag, they offer twice the collection area of tubular bags. Energy consumption is less because 16 oz. polyester felt requires less air energy to clean than tubular bags.
